If you don't like congee then there's not much you can choose.
Since there is no beef (as a personal choice), from that option I would pick Prawn and Scallop. Technically the dinner menu is what's important (over the breakfast one).
I would suggest you not eat the pasta on the dinner or kindly ask the FAs to see if there are other options available after everyone has chosen their meal to see if they can steam that egg rice for you (if still available).
