Is there really enough business to justify flights from both ARN and CPH? I would imagine that ANA selected ARN in part to entice Swedes to save an extra step to go to CPH. I can't imagine they did it for tax/fee savings.

Even if I got the Scandinavian airport wrong, I don't think that changes my key assumption that code-sharing isn't likely. Especially as most Scandinavians see the SK Nordic routes as basically bus routes and wouldn't mind giving up a couple to hours to connect to a SAS flight if they are in it for the points and not the soft product.
