Just called in and requested PC to CCR -it sounded like the conversion is not immediate and needs to be processed in the backend - 2 to 4 weeks the rep said. Hoping that the credits post before the PC is official, fingers crossed!!

Update: Both Airline and lifestyle trackers got updated with my purchases (United TB and Uber eats reloads) from 1/27 that posted on 1/29. Hopefully the credits will post soon! It still says PRE on my account even though I put in the request to downgrade it to CCR yesterday...
