I would say it’s appealing to those who have matched casino status with Venetian for comp parking, but don’t have the play for comp rooms, AND are also Globalists who don’t mind burning money so they can “potentially” get a room upgrade. Basically, the same type of people who would pay $2,500 for a base room at Ventana IMHO.
Maybe 0.0001% of the overall pool of Globalists.
