I'm flying SCL-MEX-LAX all on one AM ticket soon. I've connected International to domestic before at T2 and not needed to pick up my checked bag the last time I did it. Is this still the case for Intl-Intl connections? Also, is there a transit lane avoiding immigration, or are you required to clear Immigration like the US?
