I product changed to a Custom Cash Rewards (this will be my 6th one, haha. They're very useful if you have Platinum Honors though, especially now that it's difficult to open multiple CCW legitimately at once). I did not get the fee refunded yet but the agent said it should be refunded within a week or so.
