You must not fly much. This happens on all airlines. Something is broken and a decision needs to be made whether the a/c needs to come out of service. if the latter it means missed connections and people not getting where they need/want to be. This is about 2.5 hours flight time. There's bottle water onboard. Wipes are put in the lavs. You expect what? This to get fixed in 3 minutes or there's a spare a/c just waiting to be towed into the gate?
