Call center was not able to resolve it but I sent a feedback and somehow they managed to upgrade this ticket with one of my upgrade certificates. Seems that the staff at the feedback/help desk is so much more proficient than the staff manning the elite telephone line.
Most of the callcenter staff are located outside Turkey (Romania? - dont remember...), while when you call same number and follow up on a feedback based on the feedbacks number, you are getting forwarded to TK HQ staff. I was positively speechless a month ago that invol I class change was done within the seconds... something what took 3 weeks in the past... not sure I was super lucky to get highly skilled staff, or they changed something in their crappy IT system...
