I have a QR flight coming up with a fare in total of 645€ in eco. As the person is not going to fly, I have two options:
- Refund minus 201€ to CC
- issue of voucher for one year, non-transferable, with full fare price

-> The voucher can be refunded/cashed out within this year validity as QR states on their imprint, but does anybody know how much the "fee" for that would be?
Or am I missing an option?
