Yes. Is that for two seats or legs? When I was QR silver until very recently it was about Euro 70, equal to $72.70. per single seat leg.
Flights open for free seat selection 72 hours before their booked local departure, sometimes an hour or two more. If possible, log onto Manage My Booking about 74 hours before your first flight departs, then regularly refresh the page until the seat reservation fee disappears. You will need to do this separately for each flight as it's 72 hour fee free selection time approaches.
