It is possible that all of the sudden in 2024, Air Canada has more super elite members….so many that their abacus could not handle the numbers anymore.

just checked my profile, which says that “Your progress tracker is currently unavailable “, as it has been since the end of December 2024. Although when I clicked the membership card, it does say that my SE expiry date is “December 31, 2025“.

Regardless, to me, their year end refreshing seems a disaster!
