Seeing this issue now when I tried to use my upgrade voucher from sin-ist-ams. Call center also can’t seem to upgrade this flight despite seeing availability. Both J availability can be seen for sin-ist and ist-ams legs.
Has anyone faced this issue recently? I can cancel the economy flight as I booked it on Expedia but not sure if it makes sense to try again.
Call center was not able to resolve it but I sent a feedback and somehow they managed to upgrade this ticket with one of my upgrade certificates. Seems that the staff at the feedback/help desk is so much more proficient than the staff manning the elite telephone line.
