There were two ways -- MQM to MQD conversion at 10:1 ratio or 100K status extention (assuming you earned DM in 2023 for 2024 status year). If you opted for 100K status extension, not until Feb 1st. With the MQM to MQD conversion, you were given access to 2025 Choice Benefits when you exceeded 28K DM MQD threshold in 2024.
