I can confirm it's eligible for the Opening Bonus. The EQNs for my stay posted along with the bonus (1,000 points). I didn't spend any money during my stay, so I don't know if there's any additional multipliers on spending.

The guy at the VIP section (where you can pick up the daily bottles of water) said the only outlet eligible for earning Hyatt points is the Hash House a Go Go. That sounds strange to me (shouldn't all onsite outlets be eligible?), but I didn't try it out.
