BA11 SIN = TECY (A380, cancelled 2 hours before boarding)
BA808 CPH = TECY (happened at gate)

638 Heathrow departures today, 325 with BA. Timekeeping and baggage handling service levels well met today. The ATC report got a bit mashed up, but nothing really on it, just some fog in Madrid and no Regulation at LHR.
