I am a Centurion and I am aware that if I have a rapport with one rep I could start contacting them directly. That being said for Platinum it could be a case where its rare and an exception. What I have learned in high end anything (retail, credit, whatever) is that they start bending backwards and breaking rules when the customer is profitable enough to do so.
