I agree with this. Some of the responses I read about eggs and eating around them and such are kinda missing the point. Glad the OP shared. It's just a discussion!

I don't want to extend this thread too far because it got quite techy last night. The reason the IFL told me he had put in a complaint was because they had been supplied with 2 English breakfast, 3 charcuterie plate and 3 omelette and he said that it was obvious on any early morning flight that the big seller was always the English breakfast. He also said they had catered for the return flight but he could not open that trolley and use one of those breakfasts because that would leave someone without a first choice on the return; go figure!
The balance/numbers seem off for a 6am flight but I'm sure there's a science to it and BA based it upon data. Which means the complaint is kinda good information for BA (so they can revisit, or not). Right?
