On a British Airline which calls itself Premium, it is totally unacceptable to be carrying minimum stock. There should be an English Breakfast for everyone. Choice? There certainly is none at AF - nor am I to believe other European carriers. Maybe that is the answer - stop providing a choice? Can you imagine the furore from the non-carnivores? They can be booked in advance but frankly order before you fly seems to be beyond the capabilities of BA. AA do so on meal flights.

All that said, it does seem a little trivial in the great affairs of the world after today's appalling outcome in Washington. Forgive me - that is just me.
