Thanks for the response, but I am not sure that your data point establishes anything regarding My bookings since your flight was one of the flights with an "issue" that needed to be dealt with manually. One of mine was a plain vanilla flight with no issues and all of the data in the hands of SAS at the time of the flight. No apparent reason why it didn't post, if not initially then at least upon retroclaim.
I‘m also waiting for VN, CI and SV claims. When I added my flights on SAS app, my EuroBonus number was there, and it was correctly printed on my boarding pass, but the points didn't post. I just tried adding the flights again, but it seems the app only allows adding KQ flight.
When I contacted an SAS agent about retroclaim, they told me the same thing you mentioned that they have all the data, so there’s no need to send my boarding pass. Honestly, I don’t think even SAS knows why the points aren’t posting.
