I replaced a 3 year old one with a broken zipper tab (before they started making them with easy-to-replace tabs) at my local Costco with no difficulty whatsoever.
Although I've purchased Costco bags for several relatives, when it was time to purchase a bag for myself, I went out and bought a Tumi. (I actually had a sizable credit with Tumi, which influenced my purchase.) While I like the way the bag looks, I have not found it to be as durable as I would have expected given the price. Although the bag is only six months old, the leather patch on the front, on which you could have your initials engraved if you were so inclined, is coming off, and the handle has bent under the weight of my computer bag, which I often slip over the top. (My eight-month old Tumi computer bag also is in need of repairs: the lining has torn under the handle -- not because I ripped it but because it could not withstand the weight of the stuff in the bag -- and the handle broke.) Next time, I'm getting a Costco bag, too.
