sounds like Lounge+ membership?
To me it’s just a question of how many day passes it includes.

The Lounge Pass approach seems to be of lower value than getting lounge membership through CCs as offered from other airlines. For me this becomes a bigger question of whether go with a premium card from another airline, most likely AA. If it gives me access to most of the AA and AS lounges sans finite lounge passes, then I would much rather go with a single source unlimited solution. For the past year I've limited my spend on the AS card and gone heavy with UA and AA spends. At some point in the next year or two I'll consolidate my credit cards down to just two or three. If the new AS card doesn't offer the perks, I'll just stick with the standard card and close out the HA account (or merge the credit line with the AA Barclays credit line, if allowed). My AA Barclays and Citi cards will be consolidated into a single Citi account when the Barclays contract expires. I'll keep my UA Explorer card, which annually comes with two lounge day passes. Then my strategy will be to either keep the AS Lounge+ membership and get the UA premium card with UA Club access, or let the AS Lounge+ membership expire and upgrade the AA Citi card to get Admirals Club access. We rarely need UA Club access, but it's nice to have when needed.
