China Airlines Business Class Meals
Hello! I know this has been asked before but it seems like their options have changed in 2025. Got a flight coming up soon from JFK-TPE so was wondering if anyone has any opinions on the following options
Meal 1
A:Plain congee with assorted delicatessen ( Pickled Cucumber with Braised Wheat Gluten / Stir-Fried Scallops and Celery/ Sautéed Green Beans with Pork / Seaweed Mixed with Fish Floss / Salty Egg)
B:Bacon And Cheese Frittata Served with Tomato Cream Orecchiette Pasta and Pork Sausage
Meal 2
A:Steamed Chicken and Pork Sausage in Mushroom Sauce with Egg Fried Rice
B:Pan-Seared Rosemary Colorado Lamb Chop Served with Creamy Polenta
C:Grilled Prawns and Scallops with Tomato Basil Sauce Served with Homemade Linguini Pasta
I don't like congee so Meal 1 is probably going to be B. That rules out C in Meal 2 to avoid doubling up on pasta, but can't choose between A or B. Lamp chops sound great but I usually lean towards Asian food on Asian airlines, although ever really heard of "mushroom sauce" in Chinese cuisine before but maybe I only know it by its Chinese name.
