Sometimes I think the conditions in which passengers are held makes for an anything but premium experience. Examples:

• After the boarding pass check before getting on to the airbridge
• On the airbridge (surely a fire risk, surprised health and safety or the fire brigade allows this)
• Cooped up on a bus

I can just about accept it if you've just paid a few quid for your flight, but if you've paid triple figures for a business class flight, it's a poor show.
