It's not exactly a confidence-inspiring analysis when he points at a flight path and says it is coming from Bolling when it is obviously NOT coming from there, which also invalidates his initial statement that it's standard procedure for helicopter traffic from Bolling to dart across the flight paths to cross the potomic when... That's not what happened. (Not saying that doesn't regularly happen, but it isn't what was happening in this incident.)
