Hi, I did mention and provided proof of my onward flight to BKK, this isn't the first time I have used the scheme, so I am well aware of the need to provide proof of the onward flights, hotel for the transit stop etc, but despite this they still denied any knowledge of the scheme even existing. I eventually managed to speak to a supervisor after insisting on them arranging this it was only when they actually decided to look up on their system version of the TIMATIC that the supervisor conceded that what I was saying was correct.

Needless to say, my stress levels were rising during the check in process, and the annoying thing is I never received any sort of apology for their lack of knowledge.
