I've received mixed messages from Amex CS reps, and have not seen clear DPs here or elsewhere online. So here's the cancellation policies for flights booked with MRs per seemingly knowledgeable CSR:

- Wanna Get Away: Cancellation will result in flight credit with AMEX for future travel on Southwest only.
- Wanna Get Away Plus: Cancellation will result in flight credit with AMEX for future travel on Southwest only.
- Anytime: Cancellation Cancellation will result in statement credit equivalent to points used. Must call before statement close to convert to points.
- Business Select: Cancellation will result in statement credit equivalent to points used. Must call before statement close to convert to points.

Please offer any corrections/detail based on your experience.
