Generally speaking, you will go through contrôles for security and passeports at CDG. There is an off-chance that you won't need to do security but that don't count on it. The départ to BOD will be at 2F or 2G depending on whether it is operated by AF mainland or Hop !.

The reverse from Schengen => non-Schengen, you will only go through contrôle passeport.
