I had just renewed my Lounge+ last year three weeks before I saw one being offered as a 100k benefit. I emailed Alaska and they put mine on pause. This year I missed 100k (by 6,000 miles) and they reinstated my past one. I would hope they would do the same if it’s included with the card but if course no guarantees.
