The CR7 was flying 150+ mph, passengers and crew would have been subjected to blunt force trauma from the midair, the airframe then falls several hundred feet, more blunt force trauma from the impact with the water, then the water temperature is frigid even if passengers and crew somehow aren't incapacitated (or already deceased), seat-belted, and submerged.
