Completely agree. I flew F for the first time on Delta last week. The Orlando based crew operating MSP-MCO were fantastic, PDB, snack basket, stopped and asked multiple times if anything else was desired. Just a great crew. Flying home it was a NYC based crew operating MCO-DTW and they did the bare minimum. No PDB, no snack basket, dropped the food and ran, never stopped back again.

For food, I had the short rib ex-MSP. It was fine, but not exciting at all. The banana pudding cheesecake was far and away the best thing on the plate.
ex-MCO, it was the banana bread french toast. Very sweet, but just what I needed as a diabetic that covered over 50 miles over the weekend.
