I am rapidly becoming sold on the Costco idea. For the last seven years I've used an Atlantic 22" suitcase bought at Kohl's for $119 that has been incredibly durable--I'll be thrilled to get that kind of service from another no-brand bag. However, I have a really dumb question about Costco--do you need to buy a membership to shop there? There is a store near me, but I've never been inside (since I live alone and travel all the time, I don't feel the need to buy institutional-sized jars of peanut butter, etc. )
