Stayed at an HGI this week outside of a medium sized city in the southeast.
Breakfast buffet was imitation eggs and steamed sausage. $19.50. No potatoes. No grits. No oatmeal. No pancakes. Serve yourself.
All grab and go bottle beverages (soda, lemonade, water) were $5.50.
I think they price it so high that they want no one to buy anything so they don’t have to apply the credit.
