It's complicated.
If your flight from SFO parks on the right part of 2E-L, then you can just get passport control and go to 2F for GVA. Otherwise, you'll go to 2E-K, get passport control, then security, and go to 2F.

The transfer from BOD to SFO should involve arriving at 2F, or at 2G and busing to 2F. Then you figure out what hall your flight is in and go through passport control. No additional security will be required. Please recall that US Customs would rather you not wear a flower in your hair.
