I was trying to point out where perhaps you might have been unreasonable. I have the fortune of not being the one to deny you an airline hot breakfast because there isn't one to give you. If all you're looking for is moral support for your plight from an internet forum then I'm not sure I have any of that on this occasion... just pragmatism.
I’m not looking for anything from the Forum. I am certainly not looking for your approval, BA having sent me a voucher for £150. I do find your comment quite offensive. You know nothing about me but feel it OK to assume that I behaved petulantly or would throw toys. The IFL approached me. He apologised. I told him I understood. He said he would complain on my behalf. We talked about other things and that was that. It wasn’t an awkward situation. I was disappointed and as the customer, rightly so.
