Pre ordered Bibimbap on upcoming flight from Seoul to DFW. They served this dish in the main cabin on the way out from DFW. My expectations are moderate. A decent Korean meal with Soju in J. I know AA doesn’t have an agreement with KE catering as they do with JAL and the Japanese meal on AA in J is always good.
The description makes it sound wonderful, but I suspect it might be a little bit marketing tinged..
