This isn't really the right place for the question because asking how Delta treats SAS flights may be better answered on the Delta Delta's rules apply here, not SAS).

However, we can generally say that as a sky team member, you can earn Delta Skymiles points on SAS. But you have to fly a class that Delta considers eligible for earning points.

I went over the Delta website and saw this link:

Search for SAS and select "SAS marketed / Sky Team operated" flights. Your miles earning will depend on the fare class purchased.
