I had this recently on SEA - RDU. It was a surprisingly good dish but agree with this assessment. I used the mini salt/pepper packet to add a bit more kick but really a mini tabasco would improve this dish tremendously.

I would still order it again, I would just grab a hot sauce packet to bring with me.
