Wrapped up another stay here. Still really like this hotel (it was our ~5th visit) but it’s a real shame they replaced all the palmtrees in the pool area with new/shorter trees. Whilst it looks larger, it takes away from the lush setup it had previously. I would also hesitate to come back during Summer as there is much less shade.
Room was in good condition, housekeeping excellent. For this price range, IMHO the Conrad has one of the best quality breakfasts in Dubai. Italian restaurant has good value business lunch.
Also liked the responsiveness of the in-app chat function. Got a 4PM late check-out which was much appreciated.
On a Hilton For Luxury rate, the 100USD credit was converted to around 344AED which seems a bit disingenuous as I believe the Dirham is pegged to USD at 3.67. About a 7% difference.
