That last category could still use Plus Points, I believe.
Not award tickets, not basic economy fares. Do not think they were deeply discounted promotional tickets - not sure what they are. They are PremiumPlus flights so not Economy. Just regular tickets as far as I am aware.

It was an issue on more than one reservation.
