My last three stays at Accor:

By Accor's own points calculator:

Owed: 3200 Status Points. Given: 2100 Status Points. 52% shorted
Owed: 4400 Status Points. Given: 3250 Status Points. 26% shorted.
Owed: 3400 Status Points. Given: 2400 Status Points. 42% Shorted.

In all cases, I filed a claim, and received the proper points. The fact that I have to submit a claim after EVERY stay is very annoying.
