No it was a direct EWR-SIN flight, so I have no idea the problem. It ended up being a 3 hour hassle between the booking requiring support....which they then used my KrisFlyer account to get my info easier......but then once my KrisFlyer was attached, the website wouldn't let me replace with my United Number..........so I deleted my KrisFlyer number.....and this locked me out of the record because the system deleted my email with my Krisflyer deletion..........so I had many iterations back and forth with support until I eventually just said to leave it alone and hope I don't need to do anything to it until check-in and will replace my frequent flyer number at the airport. Gotta say, for the "world's best airline" they may have great hard product, but the website is a clusterF
