On your upgraded segment from DOH-BER you will get the qpoints and avios of your purchased fare in economy.
At DOH you will be able to use the Gold Lounge or Platinum Gold Lounge (and of course the Silver Lounge) commensurate with your status. Upgrades with miles or credits do not come with lounge access. So no sccess to the business class lounges.
