- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? Yes

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? We booked "MAGNIFIQUE ROOM, 1 King Size Bed" and that is what we got.
- How are the rooms? Room is nice and proper. AC is easy managed by an Ipad lookalike that also handle lights and media things.

- What was good and what was bad?

Good: Pool area is small but nice, and there is a small pool bar just beside. Breakfast is good with a lot of choises, as you can expect in a Sofitel. Probably one of the best 5 in Bangkok.


Bad: Expensive and do not get an upgrade this time, but it's near Chinese new year and almost fully booked.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge?
Lounge is big and great. A lot of food and drink choices. Good wine and drinks. Nice staff that handle the incheck smoothly and fast, with a lot of laughing and joking. Thanita, Cindy and Friend make it to a professional, polite and fun moment.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks?
Personal welcome letter, fruits and candy in room. Welcome drinks are softdrinks, Wine and Cocktails from a list.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? About 800 Bath
Would you return? Yes I will probably be back next time in Bangkok.
