Thanks for the tip - unfortunately it doesn't seem to work with my klm.com booked itinerary. I'll just have to wait for them to fix the KLM site.
If I get really desperate I may actually *pay* to phone the premium rate web support number to tell them it's broken. Unless someone at KLM reads this thread of course.
