Enjoyed my flight recently with an enthusiastic though not totally polished crew. The odd thing was forgotten at times (water, bread, some of the cutlery….) although soon appeared when I reminded them. I enjoyed the pre departure snacks, could take or leave the amuse bouche and really enjoyed the lobster. For the first time for me in a good while the fish was overcooked although the veg were cooked to perfection. Unlike many crews the ice cream was served in an edible state rather than still frozen solid and needing s chisel to eat. My requested glass of Mullineux never materialised as it seems it hadn’t been loaded although the Dog Point was perfectly acceptable. I just had the fruit plate before arrival which was as well as had I have been hungrier I’d have gone for the omelette which it turns out was very popular and there weren’t enough to go round.
