No guarantee SQ will make the award seat available again to its own program members or *A programs.

It will depend on the latest loads and revenue management forecast for the flight so it's anyone's guess.

One way to gauge is looking at tools like Expert Flyer and checking available seats / fare buckets for the flight and such. May give an indication whether flight is quite full already or not which can impact chances of award seats being released again.
