What's worse is when you rent from the airport because it costs a lot less, but didn't come in on a flight. So, you board an empty shuttle at the Blue line stop, and the driver doesn't realize that you want to get off at the rental car center, and either doesn't stop at the rental car center because there's no one waiting, or doesn't open the doors to let you off.
