Yeah call AC. I got downgraded from AI F to J and AC refunded me the 20K quickly. Bummed this happened to you.
I have a redemption flying BKK-BOM-JFK. I just noticed AI has two BKK-BOM flights at the same time - one an AI A320 and one a UK A321. I am on the former UK A321 that doesn’t have a BOM-BKK leg. This makes me think, I am going to get screwed and AI will cancel the second flight which is the A321 and AI wont move me to the other flight. Ugh
