if you’re coming from Columbia or DC, take the eastbound MD-100 exit from either I-95 or the BW Parkway or U.S. 1 … you’ll find plenty of gas stations along Arundel Mill Blvd by the mall and casino; then just go north on New Ridge Rd to the rental car center
