You can visit the AC lounge easily if you arrive clean. If you arrive unclean you will have to clear security to visit the AC lounge.
After visiting the AC lounge I can’t think of any way to go to Schengen B gates without clearing security unless you get on a B to Z transfer bus, go through Z > A passport control and walk through the tunnel back to B. Passport control opposite B30-33 gates is one way only from Schengen to non-Schengen. If you go through passport control on level 3 in B you end up unclean.
BTW arrival gate B46A is unclean. Arrival at B46 is clean.
